Digital Product Terms & Refund Policy

At Jennifer Loughlin OTD, OTR/L (Growing in Play and Loughlin Pediatric OT), I create digital products with care, intention, and real value for families, educators, and therapists. Here’s what to know before purchasing:

Digital Product Access

When you purchase a printable, eBook, or PDF resource from my site, you’ll receive immediate access to download the file(s). These are yours to use personally and indefinitely.

All files are digital only — no physical products will be shipped.

Refund Policy

Because digital products cannot be “returned,” all sales are final and non-refundable. Once you have access to the materials, they remain in your possession, and issuing refunds would compromise the integrity of the product.
